The e-Claim module under the Public Financial Management System (PFMS) is an end-to-end digital subsystem developed by the Controller General of Accounts (CGA). It allows central government employees, suppliers and contractors to submit their personal or commercial bills (like TA/LTC bills or vendor invoices) securely and completely online.
