House Building Advance (HBA) and Personal Computer Advance: Prescribed application forms are available for eligible Government servants seeking House Building Advance and Personal Computer Advance under the prevailing Government rules.
Advances are processed through the HoO and sanctioned by the Competent Authority, subject to availability of funds and issuance of Fund Availability by the Finance Department, A&N Administration.
