Two forms are made available for download: the GPF Advance Form, to be used by employees for applying for a temporary advance against their GPF account for permissible purposes, and the GPF Withdrawal Form, to be used for applying for withdrawal of funds from the GPF account as per the applicable rules and eligibility conditions.
Employees are advised to fill in the correct form as per their requirement, attach the necessary supporting documents, and submit it through the appropriate channel to the concerned Pay & Accounts Office for processing.
